## Does #1 mean best quality?

No. It means that listing currently has the highest total completed paid bid in that ranking. It is not a review, vote, award, quality score, or endorsement.

## How is a ranking ordered?

Listings are ordered by total completed paid bid, highest first. Ties go to the listing that reached the total first, followed by a deterministic technical tie-break.

## Can my position change during payment?

Yes. Positions are not reserved. Your completed payment still increases your total, and the final rank is recalculated from the current ledger.

## Can I withdraw bid funds?

No. BestBid has no wallet, transferable credits, payouts, or withdrawable bid balance. Refunds are handled under the published terms and reflected in the ledger.

## Do paid links improve SEO?

No promise is made. Outbound listing links are marked sponsored and nofollow, and BestBid does not guarantee traffic, search performance, revenue, or reputation.
