BestBid records what one public page returned at a stated time. Version 1 selects BestBid and 24 external records from the current money-sorted OutOutBid directory response, then displays records alphabetically. Commercial bids never influence research.

Checks cover explicit paid disclosure, a payment-to-position rule, support contact, sponsored or nofollow external-link treatment, canonical and robots signals, and a factual public-evidence summary. There is no quality score.

The auditor accepts public HTTPS domain pages only and caps redirects, time and size while blocking private networks and unsafe redirects. A missing signal can exist elsewhere or after client-side rendering. Detection does not prove payments, compliance, quality or intent.
